Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Discover and Afterpay. Your card will be charged once your order has been processed.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
A final e-mail notification will be sent to you once your package has been delivered.
Unfortunately we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations once the order has been placed. Please be careful when entering your shipping address, IC Beauty will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please note,
IC Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee, outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.
We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive as expected.
Please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the order,
at support@icbeautyco.com. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s, and a photo of the packing slip so we can replace your product.
IC Beauty is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. All claims regarding delivery issues should be filed directly with FEDEX.
